To my great disappointment the Daily Herald gave over its entire front page to GEBE as the story of the year!!! You have got to be kidding!!! What did they do that merits their entire front page? What is there to emulate in the way GEBE has functioned during 2009 to merit this? What are the criteria used for judging that nobody was judged worthy of their Person of the Year?

I do not particularly like the Today newspaper, but at least the people they chose are people that I can look at and say what they did to help the community. If no more, the Herald could have appointed the same people.

We are closing 2009 and going into 2010 the same way.

Is there anybody who keeps a record of the daily outages in their area? And more important, what is to be done if things simply continue the same way??

When is the day going to come that GEBE will be held accountable for their malpractice? And what would happen if nobody were to pay their bill? Bet you it would begin to work better, but people are cowards. They complain but do not stand up.
